Yoga with Paige

Join us every Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM for an hour dedicated to your well-being. This weekly class offers a supportive community environment where you can relax, recharge, and find your balance in the middle of a busy week.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, these sessions are open to the public. There is no need to pre-register—drop-ins are always welcome for just $5.00. Simply grab your mat and participate in a session focused on health and happiness.

Line Dancing with Alana

Get moving with a beginner-friendly line dancing class led by Alana, held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 8:00 PM. These sessions offer a fun, high-energy way to learn new moves and stay active at Kosciuszko Hall.

Whether you are stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is open to the public and designed for all experience levels. Come on down for a great night of music, movement, and community fun!

Rozmowa: Polish Language Class

Explore the Polish language with Rozmowa, a monthly class hosted by the Polish Heritage Society of Grand Rapids. These sessions take place on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kosciuszko Hall.

Each session features a new theme or learning topic, providing a fresh and engaging way to practice the language. These classes are free to join and open to the public. We would love to have you join us for our next meeting!
